民族地区高师学生专业伦理的偏差及培养路径探析

摘　　要：民族地区高师学生专业伦理素养如何,在很大程度上影响着该地区的农村基础教育发展和教师未来的专业化水平。在其入职前进行与本专业密切相关的伦理理论教育,不仅有助于民族地区高师学生专业服务精神的塑造,还有助于坚定专业信念。应通过提升高师学生专业伦理的自我修养能力、明确人才专业培养目标、强化专业伦理课程设置、加强实践等,解决民族地区高师学生专业伦理存在的偏差问题。Abstract： The teachers＇ professional ethics qualities in ethnic minority areas affect the development of rural basic education and teachers＂ professional levels in the future. It＇s important to carry out relevant professional ethics education in the pre-service training in order to mold the students＇ professional service spirit and confirm their professional beliefs. We should solve the deviation existing in normal students＇ ethics in ethnic minority areas by improving their self- improvement of professional ethics, specifying the training goals, strengthening the curriculum of professional ethics and practice, etc.
