摘 要:计算机辅助生物学研究愈来愈受到人们的关注。随着不同类型生物过程网络及其模型的复杂度的提高,求解难度亦随之增加。酿酒酵母发酵产生乙醇的过程是细胞内典型的代谢过程,并伴有振荡现象。针对该过程的数学模型,对比了MATLAB和开源数值积分计算工具进行常规仿真的效果,两者模拟结果一致;以此作为比对参照,采用基于内点法的非线性规划解题器应用动态优化的方法进行求解。分析结果表明:动态优化法能够应对复杂的动态过程模型;通过设定不同的离散参数,动态优化法能够得到与对照组有较高一致性的仿真结果,这说明非线性规划可作为分析此类振荡复杂系统的新方法,可应用到大规模非线性系统中。With the gradually development of computer-aided Systems Biology, different biological process as well as the equivalent network model increasingly become more complex. Objectively, it require several different approaches to work out. Glycolysis pathway of Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a typical metabolism which accompany oscillation. Depending on the dynamic model, solution achieved from MATLAB and CVODE using conventional numerical integration method, and the results are identical. Following discretization, the IPOPT, a famous nonlinear programming solver, analysis the dynamic models. The results show that, the performance of IPOPT is consistent with the control subject. The investigation reveal that these three solvers can handle this type of problems, especially, IPOPT will perform a higher capacity by adjusting the comutation parameters, such that nonlinear programming could be used as a novel approach for the optimization of biological process.
