高校实施大类招生低年级集中培养模式的探索——以上海理工大学为例

摘　　要：高等学校大类招生,是目前高校改革的热点。课题组对国内部分高校实施大类招生集中培养进行了调研,深入分析了上海理工大学围绕精品本科建设,扎实推进卓越工程基础教育,实行一年级大类招生集中培养模式。通过研究、探索和实践,课题组认识到本科低年级是本科教育的关键时期,应淡化专业,注重通识教育,夯实基础;注重课外实践,让学生全面发展。课题组希望该探索研究能为高校推进本科人才培养模式改革提供借鉴。; General recruitment is becoming a trend in colleges and universities, and is a hot topic of reform in higher institutions. The research group investigated the genearl recruitment by some Chinese universities, and analyzed the mode of excellent undergraduate education of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, which solidified the basic education of engineering with integrated cultivation of freshmen. With exploration and practice, the research group realizes that junior grades are the key period of undergraduate education. The general education rather than major should be paid more attention to because this mode can promote extracurricular practices which help students develop in an all-around way. The research group hopes this research could provide reference for the reform of undergraduate education in Colleges and Universities.
