摘  要:提升校长课程领导力是提高学校课程质量的保障和前提。美国课程质量优秀的Pioneer高中和Novi中学,校长的课程设置理念及引领等相关经验值得借鉴。提升校长课程领导力应围绕提高学校课程质量来进行,主要有三:加强校长课程培训,提升课程资源的整合能力;重视大数据在课程设置和管理中的作用,鼓励教师探索特色化、多样化的校本课程;重视实践课程的设置,适当设置与高校相衔接的课程。Upgrading the principals' curriculum leadership is the guarantee and premise to improve the quality of the school curriculum. The principals' ideas and progressiveness in curriculum setting in Pioneer and Novi, two American middle schools with excellent curriculum, are reference -worthy. Improving the principals, curriculum leadership is sup-posed to center on improving the quality of school curriculum, mainly in the following three ways : strengthening the prin-cipal curriculum training and improving the integration of curriculum resources; stressing the role of big data in curricu- lum and management and encouraging teachers to explore characteristic and diversified school -based courses, paying at-tention to practical courses and setting up the curriculum connected with university appropriately.
