摘  要:针对重型商用车的操纵稳定性问题,据某重型商用车的实车参数,利用多刚体动力学软件Adams建立各子系统模型并装配成整车模型;通过检验同工况下整车模型仿真结果与试验样车试验结果以验证模型精确性;发现增大钢板弹簧刚度、前横向稳定杆刚度及鞍座刚度或减小后横向稳定杆刚度均可增强整车的操纵稳定性,最后以响应曲面模型和遗传算法为优化手段对各刚度参数优化,得到最优参数解(钢板弹簧刚度、前后横向稳定杆刚度及鞍座刚度)来提高重型商用车的操纵稳定性,优化后如蛇形实验中的横摆角速度幅值和侧倾角幅值甚至可有效降低10%左右,优化效果显著。Aim at the handling stability of heavy commercial vehicle,the models of each subsystem are established with the parameters of a heavy commercial vehicle and assembled into the vehicle model by using multi-body dynamics software Adams; through examine vehicle model simulation results and the experimental results under the same operation condition to verify the accuracy of the prototype test model; it is found that to increase the rigidity of the steel plate spring,front stabilizer bar stiffness and saddle stiffness or to reduce transverse stable rod stiffness can enhance the vehicle's handling stability; and finally,the response surface model and genetic algorithm are used as an optimization means to improve the stiffness parameter optimization. The optimal solution parameters( stiffness and lateral stabilizer bar stiffness and saddle stiffness) can be used to improve the heavy commercial vehicle handling stability. After the optimization, yaw velocity amplitude and roll amplitude of snake can be effectively reduced about 10%,the optimization effect is significant.
