目标教学法在小儿耳鼻喉科临床带教中的应用研究

摘　　要：在以往小儿耳鼻喉咽科开展的实习中,存在许多的不足。减弱了参与热情,甚至在内心轻视耳鼻喉咽科的临床实习。耳鼻喉咽科目标带教法的主要内容是制定整个实习期间内的详细管理制度以及确定有关新的标准,确定各个时间段需要实习的具体内容,合理划分实习小组,使其更好地掌握规范操作。并注重实习生各项能力的制定以及规范化,重视对评价偏低学生的单独指导。要制定科学的实习评价标准,通过各项分值的汇总,来考察实习的效果。目标教学法的主要优点是提高了实习生的学习参与热情,大大改善临床带教的效果,并构建老师学生患者三方和谐。There are many shortcomings in the past practice of the department of Pediatric otorhinolaryngology, which weakens the participation enthusiasm, the main content of aim teaching method in the department of otorhinolaryngology is to made the detailed management system in the whole practice period and determine the new standards, determine the specific content in various time phrases, rationally divide the practice group and make them better master the standardized operation, pay attention to the formulation and standardization of various abilities of trainees and individual guidance of students whose evaluation are lower, make the scientific practice criterial standards and evaluate the practice effect by summarizing various scores, and the main advantage of aim teaching method is to improve the learning and participation enthusiasm of trainees, greatly improve the clinical teaching effect and construct the harmony between teachers, students and patients.
