摘  要:目的探索护生在带教中采用临床带教路径结合OSCE考试的教学模式对提高护生执业能力研究。方法将生产实习护生60名以带教方法、出科考核方式不同分为实验组和对照组。实验组进行临床带教路径结合OSCE考试的带教方式,对照组采用相同的教学大纲进行传统实习带教,出科时进行传统的出科考核形式。结果实验组出科成绩、执业能力优于对照组。结论临床带教路径结合OSCE考试教学模式能提高护生执业能力(包括沟通能力、分析问题、解决问题的能力、独立工作的能力等),全面提高护生的综合素质。Objective Research on exploring the teaching mode to strengthen professional capability of nursing students with clinical teaching path and OSCE examination in clinical teaching for nursing students Methods Divide 60 nursing intern students into experimental group and the control group according to the different teaching and final test of a department.experimental group: teaching method is the clinical teaching path combined with OSCE examination, the control group:traditional teaching with the same teaching plan,the traditional form of examination. Results Grades and professional ability of the experimental group is better than the control group. Conclusion The clinical teaching path combined with teaching OSCE examination can improve the practice ability of nursing students(including communication skills, problem analysis,problem solving ability, ability to work independently, etc.) the comprehensive quality of nursing students improved, which can meet the needs of future medical development
