高职院校教学工作绩效考评管理系统研究——以三门峡职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：为进一步推进高职院校教学工作绩效考评的规范化和信息化,强化教学工作的过程管理,促进高职院校教学工作绩效考评真正取得实效,本文以三门峡职业技术学院为例,采用B/S结构,基于ASP.NET和SQL数据库技术开发了MVC模式的院部教学工作绩效考评管理系统并投入使用,真正实现了高职院校教学工作绩效考评管理的在线数据填报、审核评价、统计分析和结果反馈功能。使用结果表明,该系统设计科学,开发规范,运行稳定,确保了高职院校教学工作绩效考评的公平公正性,切实提高了考评管理的效率和准确率,具有一定的实际应用和推广价值。In order to further boost the standardization and informatization of higher vocational colleges＇ performance evaluation work on teaching,to strengthen the principle for management process of teaching,and to promote the teaching performance evaluation to achieve success in higher vocational colleges,this paper,taking Sanmenxia Polytechiic as an example,uses the B/S framework and ASP.NET and SQL database technology to develop and put into use the MVe-model management system of teaching performance evaluation for departments of the college.The system functions well for higher vocational colleges＇ teaching performance evaluation management in terms of online data reporting,performance evaluation,statistical analysis and results feedback.The results show that this system is scientific in design,regulatory in development and stable in operation,which ensures the fairness of the teaching performance evaluation in higher vocational colleges and effectively improves the efficiency and accuracy of the evaluation management mechanism.Therefore,there are some practical values in application and generalization.
