摘　　要：为了满足建筑企业转型的需要,高职建筑类专业教育教学就必须深入实施产学研结合改革以提高人才培养的质量,从而满足企业发展对高技能人才的要求,进一步促进技术和生产的发展;同时,形成的产学研合作模式也可供相关开设建筑类专业的高职院校参考和借鉴,推动其有针对性的开展校企合作从而促进教育教学改革的深入实施和提高人才培养质量。In order to meet the needs of the transformation of construction industry, the education and teaching of civil engineering major in high vocational college should deeply conduct the industry-college cooperation to improve the quality of talents＇ training so as to meet the requirements of the development of enterprises and promote the development of technology and production; meanwhile, such industry-college cooperation mode will become the reference for the relevant higher vocational college which have civil engineering major and help them carry out the industry-college cooperation and promote the teaching reform and talents training.
