摘  要:目的了解2013年-2015年浙江4个沿海地市典型海产品中河豚毒素的含量情况。方法按照代表性、适时性和随机性原则,在网店、食品商店和农贸市场采集新鲜贝类、织纹螺和烤鱼片样本,采用亲水液相色谱-串联三重四极杆质谱法进行河豚毒素定量检测。结果浙江沿海地市3大类典型海产品中,织纹螺样品河豚毒素检出率最高(93.3%,14/15),浓度最高达15.75 mg/kg;烤鱼片样品河豚毒素检出率为6.2%(10/161),最高浓度为1.79 mg/kg,网店销售和散装烤鱼片的检出率相对较高;新鲜贝类样品均未检出河豚毒素(0/115)。结论浙江沿海地市织纹螺普遍存在河豚毒素,建议继续禁止销售和食用织纹螺;部分烤鱼片样本检出河豚毒素,相关部门应加强监管,以保证当地居民的身体健康。Objective To investigate the status of tetrodotoxin in seafoods from coastal cities of Zhejiang province during 2013-2015. Methods According to the principle of representation,timeliness and randomness,samples of shellfish,nassarius and grilled fish were collected from online stores,local food stores and farmer' s markets. Hydrophilic liquid chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometer was used for quantitative detection of tetrodotoxin. Results The detection rate of tetrodotoxin in nassarius was the highest( 93. 3%,14/15) among three kinds of seafoods,with the highest concentration up to15. 75 mg/kg; the detection rate of tetrodotoxin in grilled fish samples was 6. 2%( 10/161),with the highest concentration of1. 79 mg/kg; the detection rates of grilled fish samples from online stores or bulk packaging were relatively high; tetrodotoxin was not found in fresh shellfish samples( 0/115). Conclusion Tetrodotoxin was widely found in nassarius from coastal cities of Zhejiang province,so sale and consumption of nassarius should be banned. Tetrodotoxin was also detected in grilled fish samples,so supervision should be strengthened to protect the health of local residents.
