浅谈生源多元化局势下的高职院校汽车专业的教学实施

摘　　要：高职院校招收自主单招生拓宽了高校的招生渠道,但是由于自主单招生文化基础薄弱、自卑心理等原因使得他们学习动机不强。本文针对这个问题,阐述了职业课程开发的关键问题,即课程理念的问题,提出了应该践行高职课程理论实践一体化,促使高职生进行有效的职业学习。讨论激发自主单招生学习动机的方法和措施,引导学生建立学习信心,挖掘自身潜能,帮助学生既可以有特长也可以学得很好。Independent single recruit students in higher vocational colleges has broadened their enrollment channels, but due to the lack of cultural foundation, inferiority and other reasons, their learning motivation is not strong. Aiming at this problem, this paper expounds the key problems in the development of vocational curriculum, that is, the problem of curriculum concept, and puts forward that we should practice the integration of carriculum theory and practice in higher vocational colleges to carry out effective vocational learning.
