摘 要:民办高校教师激励制度环境虽有所改善,但其薪酬待遇等仍较公办高校教师低,师资队伍流失率也相对较高。本文以提高民办高校教师从教意愿为目的,通过对752名上海市民办高校专职教师的问卷调研,分析了现行激励机制的实际状况,构建并验证了激励机制的效应模型。研究发现,民办高校教师激励机制中不同激励类型对教师从教的作用方式与效应各有不同,其中直接非经济激励效应最为显著,而间接经济激励相对最弱。Private college teachers ' incentive system environment has improved, but the salary is still lower than those in public universities. What' s more, the wastage rate of private college teachers is still high. The purpose of this pa- per is to improve the teaching willingness of private college teachers. Based on the survey of 752 full-time teachers in Shanghai private colleges, it analyzes the actual situation of current incentive mechanism and constructs and verifies the effect model of the incentive mechanism. It is found that different incentive types of teachers' incentive mecha- nism have different effects on teaching styles and effects. Direction economic incentive effect seems to be most signifi- cant, while indirect economic incentive is relatively less significant. Based on the analysis above, this paper provides the strategies and suggestions to construct teaching incentive mechanism of private colleges.
