摘　　要：为了保证食品冷链的安全、可控,设计并实现了一种基于RFID-EPC的食品冷链追溯系统。该系统能够通过智能手机APP、无线智能终端、web浏览器等形式进行追溯,追溯信息包括:食品信息、食品生产加工信息、冷链物流信息和销售信息等,实现了从生产、物流和销售全过程信息追溯,为提高食品冷链安全提供了有力保障。In order to ensure safety and controllability of food cold chain, a kind of intelligent monitoring and tracing system has been designed and implemented, which is based on RFID-EPC. By using of different forms such as smart phone APP, wireless intelligent terminal, web browser, etc., this system can trace various information, which consists of food information, food production, processing information, cold chain logistics information, sales information and so on. Thus, the whole information tracing process including production, logistics, sales, can be achieved and improved strong guarantee can be provided for food cold chain security.
