摘  要:对拉萨产的玛咖、萝卜进行了营养成分及功效成分芥子油苷的测定,并与国内外已报道的其它产地的玛咖营养成分和芥子油苷进行对比分析。结果表明,玛咖与萝卜营养成分、矿物质含量相似。拉萨产的玛咖蛋白质含量高达39.30%,总氨基酸含量27.70%,是其它产地玛咖和萝卜的3倍,功效成分芥子油苷含量高达4.33%,也高于现有文献报道的数据。其中,拉萨基地玛咖的脂肪、钠和钾低于其它产地。The nutritional components and glucosinolates ofmaca and radish cultivated in Lasa were measured, and compared with that of domestic maca which were researched by others. The results showed that the nutritional components and mineral contents in maca and radish were similar. The protein content of maca located in Lasa was 39.30%, total amino acid content was 27.70% and higher than that of from other places maca as 3 times. The glucosinolate content was 4.33% and also higher than other datas reported in literatures. The fat, sodium and potassium contents of maca in Lasa were lower than that of in other localities maca.
