对农业科研单位研究室团队建设的思考

摘　　要：研究室是农业科研单位最基本的业务部门,是科研成果产出的源头。研究室要开展工作和发展壮大,最关键的是要进行科学合理的团队建设。文章基于研究室的角度,阐述了农业科研单位研究室团队建设的必要性,提出了科学规划研究室团队的基本格局、选拔有才能的人任研究室主任等加强农业科研单位研究室团队建设的建议。Research labs are basic units of agricultural research institutions, which are the direct source of scientific research output. The key step for developing research lab is to scientifically and reasonably build the team. Based on the viewpoint of research lab, the necessities of the team building were elaborated in the paper. Suggestions on strengthening team building of research labs in agricultural research institutions were put forward, such as scientifically setting of echelon pattern, selecting talented person to be the director, etc.
