摘  要:高校英语教师专业发展与教学水平和教育质量息息相关,特别是"一带一路"战略实施以来,我国对外开放水平不断提升,高校英语教师专业发展随之面临更高要求。西部民族地区作为"一带一路"的重要区域,在高校英语教师专业发展上还存在诸多"先天的"与"后天的"不足,专业发展面临困境。本文从构建教师专业发展共同体的角度探讨西部民族地区高校英语教师专业发展路径,以期为当地高校英语教育更好服务于国家战略的实施提供若干参考。College English teachers' professional development is closely geared to teaching level and education quality,especially since the implementation of The Belt and Road strategy,China's opening to the outside world has been improved,and college English teachers' professional development is facing higher requirements. Western minority areas as an important area of The Belt and Road, there are many congenital and acquired deficiencies of college English teachers' professional development. This paper discusses the path of college English teachers' professional development in western minority areas through constructing a teachers'professional development community, and hope it can provides some reference for the local college English education to serve the national strategy better.
