摘 要:在南阳理工学院转型为应用型大学的背景下,我校儿科团队在《中医儿科学》传统讲授法基础上开展的"换位教学"调动学生积极性;"演示法""纠错法"结合提高学生动手能力;病案教学与临床见习结合训练临床思维能力;改革考试考核方法引导学生向理论与实践、思维与能力结合的方向发展。突出以学生为教学主体,以能力培养为教学目的,以期达到培养高素质应用型人才的教学目标。经过一系列改革,不仅学生自主学习的积极性提高,期末考卷分析及见习结束后带教教师的评价均提示临床思维能力、实践动手能力也不断提高,优于改革前的传统教学。Nanyang Institute of Technology is trying to transport into an application-oriented university,under this condition,our pediatric team in the school carries out a"transposition teaching"method on the basis of traditional teaching mode adopted in the subject of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine,to arouse the enthusiasm students,combines "demonstration method"and "error correction"to improve students' operational ability,combines medical record teaching and clinical practice to train students' clinical thinking ability,reforms test ways to guide students to combine theory with practice,combine thinking with operating. The teaching method takes students as main body,highlights on improving students' ability,aims at cultivating talented persons with excellent practical ability. After a series of reforms,the final test paper analysis and the trainee teachers' evaluation made after the probation period pointed out that the students have not only improved the enthusiasm of autonomous learning,but also the clinical thinking ability and practical ability. The reformed teaching mode achieved an effect superior to the traditional teaching way.
