摘 要:以某款电动汽车为研究对象,对动力系统进行参数匹配,采用高级车辆仿真器ADVISOR(Advanced Vehicle Simulat OR)选择中国典型城市循环工况进行性能验证,利用自动调整参数模块Autosize对电机功率、蓄电池组数和传动系统传动比进行优化,来降低制造成本和使用成本。并采用单一变量法研究蓄电池组数、电动机功率和传动系统传动比的选择对整车性能的影响规律,结果表明:蓄电池组数增加能够增加行驶里程,但是由于质量的增加而影响动力性提升;单方面增加电动机功率,在附着力约束范围内,能够有限提升动力性,但是对续驶里程不利;传动比的选择要均衡考虑动力性指标,合适的传动比将增加行驶里程,改善动力性。The parameters matching for power system were carried out with a pure electric vehicle as the research object. The performance of the electric vehicles was verified in the ADVISOR software under the condition of typical urban driving cycle in Chinca Autosize to optimize parameters of motor power, battery pack and transmission ratio was performed to reduce manufacture and use costs, then the single variable method was used to study the relationship between the pacameters of motor power, the number of battery pack and transmission ratio and the vehicle performance, the result shows that the increasement of the number of battery pack contribute to mileage, but due to the added mass influence dynamic performance improvement. Unilateral increasement of motor power can be limited to enhance dynamic performance in the range of adhesion but reduce mileage. Dynamics index should be considered harmoniously to decide transmission ratio, and appropriate transmission ratio will improve dynamics and increase mileage.
