摘  要:依据外语学习焦虑量表,以30名英语学习焦虑的学龄初期儿童作为被试对象,运用等组前、后测的研究方法,探讨箱庭疗法对儿童英语焦虑心理的干预效果及此效果的持续性。结果发现,箱庭疗法能够有效地干预学龄初期儿童的英语焦虑情绪,同时这种干预手段具有很好的保持性。因此,箱庭干预可以应用于儿童在英语学习期间的焦虑心理以及同种心理问题的防御和治疗。Based on the Foreign Language Class Anxiety Scale, 30 children with English anxiety were involved in the experiment, and the effect of sand play therapy was explored through the pre-and post-intervention analysis so as to probe into the sustainable impact of the therapy. The results show that the sand play therapy has exerted an effective invention on children with English anxiety in their initial school age, which could remain stable in their latter English learning. Therefore, the sand play therapy can be applied in the prevention and treatment of children's anxiety and similar psychological problems during their English learning.
