摘　　要：高等院校教学团队的建设对于提高教师的教学水平,保证人才培养质量具有十分重要的意义。本文主要论述洛阳师范学院有机化学教学团队在创建河南省高等学校优秀教学团队中的理论思考和实践探索。The construction of teaching team in universities is of great significance to improve the teaching level and ensure the quality of personnel training. This paper discusses the theoretical thinking and practical exploration in forming the excellent teaching team of Henan Province for the teaching team of organic chemistry in Luoyang Normal University.
