摘　　要：本世纪以来,我国的学分银行研究通过课题立项、论著出版及实践探索等途径取得了丰硕的成果。通过对现有文献进行定量统计和定性分析,发现研究成果呈现出数量上逐渐增加、焦点上日益聚集的特征,其中,学分银行的概念阐释、功能分类、类型区分、国际比较、实践构想及个案研究,构成了当前研究的焦点。揭示出既往研究中存在的重译介轻创新、重演绎轻实证、重个性轻组织及成果呈现碎片化等问题,对今后此项研究的视野拓展、问题深入和实践探索具有重要意义。Chinese credit bank research has achieved great success by way of the subject pro- ject, book publishing, and practice exploration since this century. A quantitative statistics and quali- tative analysis to the existing literatures finds that research results present the characteristics of a gradual increase in quantity and an increasing gathering of focus, among which the concept interpre- tation, function and type classification, the international comparison, practical ideas and case study of the bank credits are the focus of current research. The author reviews the previous study and it~ significant for the future exploration and practice.
