摘  要:日益增多的留学生选择到中国学习医学,临床见习和实习是医学教育中的重要环节。如何在临床教学中有效提高来华留学生临床实践水平是我国临床医学教育面临的一个新挑战。本文以来华留学生在血液内科实习和见习的教学实践为内容,结合教学过程中的经验,对临床教学中存在的一些问题如汉语水平参差不齐、理论基础知识不足、部分学生纪律性差、临床带教老师英语水平不足等进行分析,提出采用英语为主汉语为辅的双语教学、加强临床教师英语培训、建立互助互学模式、采用多元化教学模式等对策,以更有效地保证留学生的临床教学质量。An increasing number of international students choose to study medicine in China. The clinical practice training is a vital part of medical education. It is a new challenge for medical education to improve the practice training level effectively. Based on the experience of clinical practice teaching for international students in recent years, the following problems were found in practice, suchi as the level of Chinese are uneven, the theoretical basis is poor, some students are undisciplined and the teachers are lack of proficient English ability. From the characteristics of these students, using English-based supplemented by Chinese bilingual teaching, strengthening English language training in clinical teachers, setting up a mutual help and learning groups, using muhiple methods in teaching, and strengthening practicing in patients model were used to improve the quality of clinical practice.
