现代学徒制中国本土化实践初探——以物流管理专业为例

摘　　要：现代物流业的发展离不开高技能人才的支撑,现代学徒制是培养高端应用型物流人才的有效方式。从物流管理专业的人才培养目标入手,对校企合作模式、人才培养方案制订、课程体系开发、教学过程安排、教学保障措施、制度建设、毕业要求、就业等方面对现代学徒制进行了探讨,提出了相应的对策。Modem logistics industry is inseparable from the support of highly skilled personnel, modem apprenticeship system is an effective way to train high - end applied logistics talents. This paper discusses the modem apprenticeship system from the aspects of the personnel training objectives of the logistics management major, the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises, the formulation of the personnel training program, the course system development, the teaching process arrangement, the teaching safeguard measures, the system construction, the graduation request, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
