摘 要:尽管职业教育师资建设取得了一定成效,但是依然不能满足经济新常态改革的需要。师资规模基本稳定,但区域间的发展极不均衡;师资结构逐步优化,但专业素质的结构性矛盾突出;师资教育体系逐步完善,但仍不能满足专业化发展需求;师资保障机制更加健全,但尚不能与国际接轨。因此,必须深化师资基本问题研究,强化师资法律制度供给,完善师资评价标准体系,构建师资专业素质积累机制,深化师资国际交流合作,不断提升师资培养和培训绩效,服务供给侧改革方略和国际化发展战略。Although the construction of the ranks of teachers in the technical and vocational education and training cies still system (hereafter as TVET) have attained some productive experiences, the teachers' competen don't meet the reform requirements of the new normal of economy. The construction experiences of the ranks of TVET teachers characterize a nearly stable scale with the uneven development amongst the local government districts, an increasingly optimized teachers' composition with the acute structural im balance of the professional competencies, a gradually completed teachers' education system without the re quirement to the teachers' professional development, and a more comprehensive series of relevant policies and laws without meeting the requirement of international convention. Therefore, the construction countermeasures of the ranks of TVET teachers should focus on the researches of the fundamental question of the TVET teachers, strengthen the supply of the teachers' policies and laws, construct the teachers' corn petency and skill accumulating mechanism, and deepen the teachers ' international exchange and cooperation, so as to continuously promote the performance and effect of the teachers' education and training, and serve the strategies of the supply-side reform and internationalization development.
