摘  要:黑果腺肋花楸果实含有丰富的原花青素、类黄酮等多酚类抗氧化成分,是世界上公认的清除体内自由基最有效的天然抗氧化剂之一。它具有通过血脑屏障、直接保护大脑和神经系统的独特优势,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、防治心血管疾病、降血糖、抗血小板等多种作用,因此被称为"第七类营养素"。本文综述了近年来国外黑果多酚类物质的抗氧化功能及其研究概况,旨在为我国开发黑果保健食品、药品提供一定的理论基础。Aronia melanocarpa is rich in proanthocyanidins, flavonoids and other polyphenol antioxidant components, aronia melanocarpa is recognized in the world as one of the most effective the free radical scavenging natural antioxidants. Aronia melanocarpa has a unique advantage, it could go through the blood-brain barrier, protect the brain and nervous system directly, meanwhile it has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, blood glucose, anti-platelet and other effects, so it is called " the seventh nutrient" .The antioxidant function and the research situation of foreign aronia melanocarpa polyphenols in recent years are reviewed, in order to provide the theoretical basis for the aronia melanocarpa health food, drug development in China.
