校企共建“双创”平台运行的影响因素研究

摘　　要：文章在分析校企共建"双创"平台的概念、宗旨和核心理念的基础上,从国家政策、高校和企业的兼容性、资源和能力、校企双方投入、利益和风险共担等方面着手,深入研究影响校企共建"双创"平台运行的各种因素,以期为校企"双创"平台运行体制机制的建立和完善提供较为科学的依据。Based on the analysis of the concept, tenet and the core idea of innovation and start - up plat- form, this paper studies the influential factors for further research of the innovation and start - up platform oper- ation from the angle of the national policy, university and enterprise compatibility, resources and capabilities, both - side investment, profit and risk sharing, etc. The results provide scientific basis for university - enter- prise building innovation and start -up platform to establish and perfect the operation system.
