摘　　要：为了开展深度校企合作,培养企业需求的应用型人才,根据计算机类专业特点,构建工程人才培养实训体系和5R实训方案,通过引进企业真实训项目,建立校内外双导制,搭建实训平台和资源库,实现资源共享、优势互补、互利共赢,使学生专业能力提升快,提高了就业竞争力。In order to carry out in-depth cooperation, applied talents training needs of the enterprises, according to the characteristics of computer specialty, construction of training system and training scheme of 5R engineering talent, through the introduction of real business training projects, the establishment of internal and external double guide system, build training platform and the resources, resource sharing, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win, make students professional ability to upgrade quickly, improving the employment competitiveness.
