摘　　要：为满足新时代对人才培养的新要求,提出了创新创业人才培养模式。文中阐述了创新创业人才培养模式科学内涵,构建了典型的创新创业人才培养体系结构,重点介绍了创新创业人才培养的任务、目标和方法;提出了科学可行的创新创业人才培养实施方案,并对培养成效进行了合理展望和评价。创新创业人才培养是实现地方院校转型发展和提高人才培养质量的重要途径。文中提出的创新创业人才培养是对传统人才培养模式的再次优化和升华,在高校特别是地方院校人才培养中必将产生积极作用,因此具有一定的应用价值和社会效果。In order to meet the new requirements of talents training in the new era, the mode of cultivating talents of innovation and entrepreneurship is put forward. The scientific connotation of the mode of cultivating talents of innovation and entrepreneurship is expounded, and the typical system of cultivating talents of innovation and entrepreneurship is constructed .The tasks , objectives and methods of cultivating talents of innovation and entrepreneurship are mainly introduced .A scientific and feasible implementation plan of cultivating talents of innovation and entrepreneurship is put forward ,and the cultivating effects are expected and evaluated properly .The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is a crucial way to achieve the transformation and development of local colleges and universities and improve the quality of personnel training .The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is another optimization and sublimation of the traditional personnel training mode .It will have positive effects on the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities , especially in local colleges and universities, so it has certain application value and social effects.
