教学研究是中学教师专业化发展的根本途径——以中学物理教学研究为例

摘　　要：教师在教学实践中进行教学研究有助于推进其专业化发展进程,教学研究应当也完全可能成为中学教师的专业生活方式。剖析中学教学研究的内涵,对中学教师的教学研究进行定位,论述中学教学研究的原则、主体和主要方式,并以中学物理教学研究为例,分析物理教学研究向学科化回归的特点。指出,中学教师应回归学科的视角,立足于教学实践,运用各种恰当的研究方法,身体力行地投入到教学研究中去,这才是中学教师专业化发展的根本途径。Teaching research in teaching practice helps to improve teacher＇ s professional development, should be and may very well become middle school teacher＇ s professional life - style. The author analyzed the connotation of middle school teaching research, positioned middle school teacher＇ s teaching research, discussed the principle, subject and major patterns, and analyzed the features of physics teaching research＇ s returning to the discipline by taking middle school physics teaching research as an example. It is pointed out that the basic solution to middle school teacher＇ s professional development is that teachers should base on teaching practice from the perspective of returning to the discipline, and should be devoted to teaching research earnestly by utilizing various proper re- search methods.
