摘 要:近年来研究表明天然抗氧化剂是一类无毒、安全的抗氧化剂,具有重要的生物活性。因此,天然抗氧化剂可作为医药、保健品的来源,具有广阔的开发前景。目前关于天然抗氧化剂产业化的报道较少,本文主要综述了几类重要天然抗氧化剂的产业化现状及产业化过程中的问题,并对天然抗氧化剂进一步开发做出展望。In recent years, the research shows that natural antioxidants are safe and non-toxic, they have im-portant biological activities. Therefore, natural antioxidants can be used as a source of medicines and health products which has a bright development prospect. However, there have been few reports about the industrial-ization of natural antioxidants. This paper mainly introduced the present situation and problems of industrializa-tion of some important nature antioxidants and prospected for further development of natural antioxidants.
