摘 要:中国师范教育在改革和发展中既取得显著成绩,也有一些值得反思的问题。面对目前中国有淡化师范教育特点的倾向,我们的师范教育改革要进一步强化和突出师范特点,充分发挥中国师范教育的优势。根据特殊的国情,中国应办好一批师范院校,同时通过国家教师资格考试吸收非师范类高等学校的毕业生。教师资格考试制度要优化,重视实践和选拔优秀人才从教,不能走过场,不能落入"应试教育"窠臼。免费师范教育一定要坚守初衷而不断创新,为农村培养"留得住""用得上"的优质教师。同时,师范教育还要优化教育硕士培养机制与改革学前师资培养体制,不能只关注数量,一定要保证质量。Normal education in China has made remarkable achievements as well as some issues deserved reflection in its reform and development. Facing the tendency of desalinating the features of normal education these days, the features need to be further highlighted in our normal education reform to exploit full advantages of normal education in China. Based on China' s situation, we aim to run a group of normal universities and meanwhile to attract the graduates from non-normal universities by means of the National Teacher Qualification Examination. The teachers' qualification examination system must be optimized, for in this selection process, we must attach importance to practice so as to select excellent talents instead of going through the motions which definitely falls into the mold of "test-oriented education". Free normal education policy requests us to continue innovation while sticking to the original intention that this policy is to cultivate faithful and useful high-quality teachers for students in the countryside. Meanwhile, the M. Ed training mechanism and pre-school education teacher training mechanism also require to be optimized and reformed, to ensure the cultivation quality rather than the quantity only.
