摘　　要：探讨了现代学徒制教学模式在针灸推拿临床实践能力中的应用可行性及措施,认为提高临床实践能力,迫切需要一种创新的临床教学模式。现代学徒制是一种创新的人才培养模式,在实践能力培养方面更高效。Acupuncture and massage is a very practical professional medicine. In order to improve the a- bility of clinical practice, it is urgent to develop an innovative clinical teaching mode. Modern apprenticeship is an innovative talent training mode, which provides a more efficient way in practical ability training. This paper discusses the application feasibility and measures of modern apprenticeship teaching mode in the clinical prac- tice of acupuncture and massage, thereby promoting the cultivation of applied acupuncture and massage talents with high-quality.
