摘　　要：以校企合作项目作为职业教育改革的载体,根据企业用人的需求,构建符合企业生产实际要求的实训场所,打造双师型教师队伍,提高学生实践能力,并结合企业的培训方式及管理理念,探索新型教学模式,较好地实现了工学结合。The school-enterprise cooperation project is regarded as the carrier of vocational education reform in this paper,with the aim of building training places with the actual requirements of enterprises according to the needs of enterprise, building double-professional teachers team so as to improve sthe same t ime,this research involves the enterprise training methods and management conceto explore a new teaching mode and it realized the combination of learning with working.
