摘 要:对遵义医学院珠海校区2013级和2015级临床医学系学生发放调查问卷,统计分析比较高年级和低年级临床医学生对PBL接受程度的差异。结果:高年级学生对于PBL接受度明显高于低年级学生;大多数被调查者认为PBL增加了学习工作量和学习压力,应该在大学三年级以后开展。结论:PBL教学法不适用于低年级临床医学生课程。To investigate the impact and shortcomings in the application of Problem-Based Leamng(PBL)approach on freshmen and juniors medical students,a short questionaire was given to 216 Class of 2018 and 273 Class of 2020 students in the Zhuhai Campus of Zunyi Medical University.The acceptance of PBL approach was compared and analysed between low-grade and high-grade medical students.The results demonstated that high-grade students were more adaptable to PBL than low-grade students.Most of the investigator thought that they got more workload and study pressure during PBL process,it should be applied to 3rd grade students or even higher grade students:Conclusion: PBL method is not a appropriate teaching approach for knowledge acquisition in low-grade medical students.
