摘　　要：随着移动通讯技术、社交媒体以及教育资源的开放,微课对人们的终身学习能力提出了更高的要求。"微课"作为一种在线视频,以短小精悍、便捷灵活占有优势,对培养学生的自主学习和终身学习能力有极大的促进作用。应用型本科院校学生的心智比较成熟,在学分制下更容易利用丰富优质的微课资源,提高自主学习能力,从而满足高等教育内涵发展的需要。With the open of mobile communicating technology,social media and education resource,microlecmre needs to meet higher demand for the life-long learning ability.Asan online video,microlecture is helpful to promote the cultivation of students＇ autonomous and life-long learning abilities due to its merits including shortness and portability. Because the students of application-oriented colleges have mature mind,they are easier to enhance their autonomous learning ability using plentiful and high quality microlecture resource,which results in meeting the need of higher education connotation＇s development.
