摘 要:目的探讨神经外科教学过程中,以问题为中心教学法(PBL)联合现场手术观摩的教学模式在本科生实习教学中的应用效果。方法将我科34例临床医学专业的实习生随机分为两组,每组17例,研究组按PBL联合手术观摩的模式进行教学,对照组按传统教学模式进行教学,比较出科考核成绩及教学满意度。结果研究组出科考核成绩、教学满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合手术观摩教学法有助于提高实习生熟练掌握神经外科重要知识点的学习能力,并激发其学习兴趣。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning combined with operation observation teaching method in clinical practice for undergraduate students of neurosurgcry. Methods Our department intern were randomly divided into 34 cases in clinical medicine into two groups, 17 cases in each group, the study group on the PBL to observe the combined operation mode of teaching, the control group according to the traditional teaching mode of teaching, comparison of performance and evaluation of teaching satisfaction. Results The study group examination results, teaching satisfaction than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with surgical observation teaching method is helpful to improve the students' ability to master the important knowledge points in the Department of neurosurgery and stimulate their interest in learning.
