校企合作模式下高校创新型人才培养的研究

摘　　要：创新型人才作为创新的主体,对于国家生产力和社会的可持续发展具有重要的作用。高校是培养创新型人才的重要基地,校企合作是高校联合企业培养创新型人才的形式。虽然该形式在培养人才方面取得了一些成就,但是仍然存在一些问题。从政府、高校、企业、学生这四个主体角度,对存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应改善策略。As the main body of innovation, innovative talents are of vital importance to the sustainable develop ment of national productivity. The university is the important base of cultivating innovative talents, and university -enterprise cooperation is a form for cultivating innovative talents. Although the form have made some achieve ments in the field of training talents, but there are still some problems. Existing problems are analyzed and the cor- responding improvement strategies are put forward, from four main point of views ,like the government, universi- ties, enterprises and students
