摘  要:通过对川南某酒厂的老窖泥富集培养、分离纯化,经丁酸发酵实验,筛选出1株高产丁酸的梭菌。经16Sr DNA鉴定,该菌为丁酸梭状芽孢杆菌(Clostridium butyricum),命名为丁酸菌YD-4。经对该菌株生长性能条件研究,其最适生长温度为37℃,最适p H值为7.0,最适接种量为2%,菌体浓度达1.64×108个/m L,产丁酸量可达到3.44 g/L。A Clostridium strain with high yield of butyric acid was isolated through cumulation cultivation, isolation, purification, and butyric acid fermentation from aged pit mud in a distillery in south Sichuan. 16Sr DNA identification suggested that such strain is Clostridium butyricum and it was named YD-4. The research on its growth performance indicated that its optimum growth tempera- ture was at 37℃, its optimum pH value was about 7.0, its best inoculating quantity was 2 %. As the total number of bacteria reached up to 1.64× 10^8个/mL, the yield of butyric acid was 3.44 g/L.
