摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环法在住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:选取我院参加住院医师规范化培训的96例住院医师为研究对象,2014年1月~12月期间接受传统住院医师培训管理的48例为对照组,2015年1月~12月接受PDCA循环法管理的48例作为观察组,比较两组培训效果。结果:观察组住院医师理论知识、操作技能成绩均明显高于对照组,对带教老师和培训过程管理的满意度也明显上升(P<0.01)。结论:在住院医师规范化培训中实施PDCA循环法可有效提高培训质量。Objective： To explore the application value of PDCA circulation method in the standardized training of resident doctors. Metliods ： 96 cases of resident doctors in our hospital participating in the standardized training were selected as the research objects. 48 cases accepted the traditional resident training management from January 2014 to December 2014 were termed as the control group and the other 48 cases accepted the PDCA cycle management from January 2015 to December 2015 were recognizesd as the observation group. The training effect of the two groups were compared. Results ： In the observation group, the scores of theoretical the residents were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the satisfaction degree of the management also significantly increased （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： The implementation of PDCA circulatitraining of resident doctors can effectively improve the quality of training.
