士官教育课目化专业教室建设研究

摘　　要：士官教育课目化专业教室是指根据专业培养目标,有计划、有组织培养士官以获取感性知识、进行岗位技能训练、提高实践能力,形成职业素养为基本目的的教学训练考核活动平台。针对士官专业教室条件现状和主要问题,分析了课目化专业教室的功能特点,从平台、教学资料、装备设备方面提出了基本思路和措施,从而构建了"设施平台、方法媒介、资料载体、组训场所和考核鉴定五位一体"的士官教育课目化专业教室。The professional classroom for sergeants＇ subject-oriented education is a teaching,training and examining platform on which sergeant officers are cultivated according to the training objectives in the planned and organized way to acquire perceptual knowledge,carry out their post skill training,improve their practical ability and develop their professional quality.Aiming at the conditions and problems of the sergeant＇s professional classroom,the functional characteristics of a subject-oriented professional classroom are analyzed.The basic ideas and construction measures are put forward from the following aspects：platform,teaching materials and equipment so as to establish the subject-oriented professional classroom for sergeants＇ education with the integration of＂Five-in-One,＂i.e.,facility platform,method media,information carrier,group training site and examination appraisal.
