农村职业教育培养新型职业农民的路径探析

摘　　要：农村职业教育是培养新型职业农民的重要途径,但农村职业教育存在的问题制约了新型职业农民的培养。这些问题主要表现在农村职业教育目标偏离农村需求、教育形式单一、师资队伍较弱和经费投入少。农村职业教必须要坚持服务"三农"的目标、加强师资队伍建设、加大经费投入和改变教学方式,才能更好地为培养新型职业农民服务。Rural vocational education is an important channel to cultivate new professional farmers, however, the development of rural vocational education lags behind restricting the training, which mainly shows in ： the goal of rural vocational education has been far from rural demand, with too simple educational form, weak teachers team and insufficient investment. We should insist on the goal of serving＇ agriculture, countryside and farmers＇ , strengthen the construction of teachers team, increase the investment and change teaching methods so as to serve the training of new professional farmers.
