摘 要:本研究旨在考察企业员工就业能力对主观职业生涯成功的影响,以及职业自我效能感和工作不安全感在二者间的可能中介机制。在对470位企业员工进行两轮问卷调查的基础上,采用结构方程模型对数据进行分析。结果表明:(1)就业能力可以直接正向影响工作满意度和职业生涯满意度这两个主观职业生涯成功的核心方面;(2)就业能力可以分别通过职业自我效能感、工作不安全感以及二者的链式中介而间接影响工作满意度;(3)就业能力可以分别通过工作不安全感以及职业自我效能感、工作不安全感的链式中介而间接影响职业生涯满意度。The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of employees' employability on subjective career success, as well as the possible mediating mechanism of occupational self-efficacy and job insecurity between employability and subjective career success. Based on a two-wave questionnaire survey of 470 employees, structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. The results show that: (1) employability can directly positively affect the two core aspects of subjective career success (job satisfaction and career satisfaction); (2) employability can indirectly affect job satisfaction through occupational self-efficacy, job insecurity and their sequential mediation; (3) employability can indirectly affect career satisfaction through job insecurity and the sequential mediation of occupational selfefficacy and job insecurity.
