摘 要:结合实车振动舒适性试验与体压分布试验,研究了汽车行驶动态工况下人椅系统的振动特性与体压分布特性。采用加速度传感器测量了人体头部、背部、臀部及坐椅底板等部位的振动,试验表明人体承受靠背纵向、坐垫垂向的振动较大;通过人椅系统传递特性分析,可知人体头部主要运动发生在XZ平面,且研究人椅系统振动舒适性时,除考虑坐垫振动外,靠背纵向、头部垂向振动不容忽略。采用电容式压力分布传感器Xsensor测量了人椅接触界面靠背、坐垫体压分布,人椅系统静态体压统计分析表明靠背、坐垫分别承载了人体17.67%,67.65%的质量;汽车行驶工况纵向压力中心坐标在持续坐姿下,靠背、坐垫分别向下、向前滑动,动态体压参数随车速的增加而增加,同时与加权加速度均方根值呈良好正相关,表明汽车行驶工况下动态体压参数能够综合反映人椅系统的振动舒适性。Vibration characteristics and body pressure distribution of human-seat system under the driving condition are researched by vibration comfort experiment and body pressure distribution experiment. The acceleration of head, backrest, cushion and seat floor is measured by acceleration sensor, and the vibration comfort experiment shows that the vertical vibration of cushion and longitudinal vibration of backrest are larger than any other directions. The transfer characteristics analysis of human-seat system indicates that head movement mainly occurred in the XZ plane. Meanwhile the head vertical vibration and longitudinal vibration of backrest shouldn′t be ignored, while studying the vibration comfort of human-seat system. The body pressure distribution of human-seat interface cushion and backrest are accepted by capacitive pressure sensor(Xsensor). The statistical analysis of human-seat interface static body pressure distribution shows that seat loads 67.65% of the body weight, and backrest loads 17.67% respectively. The longitudinal pressure center coordinator of seat and backrest slide toward to forward and down. The dynamic body pressure parameters increase with the increasing speed, and they have good positive correlation with the weighted root-mean-square acceleration. It also shows that dynamic body pressure parameters could synthetically reflect human-seat system vibration comfort.
