高校青年教工党员理想信念教育成效及提升对策研究

摘　　要：高校青年教工党员是高校党员队伍的重要生力军。加强对高校青年教工党员的理想信念教育,从而打造一支高素质的教工党员队伍,对于推动学校党建和其他各项事业的发展有着重要意义。当前高校普遍开展了对青年教工党员的理想信念教育,取得了一定成效。但也存在着实效性和创新性不强、重目标教育而轻视情感、意志和行为教育、教育方式单一、党员理想信念教育缺乏常态化等。分析其形成原因,既有学校和党员自身原因,也有社会和家庭因素。可从"组织教育"与"自我教育"相结合、传统方法和现代方法相结合、显性教育和隐性教育相结合、入党前教育和入党后教育相结合等四方面,提高高校青年教工党员理想信念教育的成效。Youth Party members in colleges and universities are the important force of the party members in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to promote the development of school party building and other undertakings for strengthening the education of the ideals and beliefs of the young teachers of colleges and universities, and building a high - quality faculty member of the faculty, which is of great significance. At present, colleges and universities have carried out the education of the ideal beliefs of young party members in general, and achieved certain results. However, there are some problems such as lack of effectiveness and innovation , re - target education and neglect of emotions, the lack of normalization of the ideals and beliefs education of party members, a single way of education in the ideological and educational education of young teachers in colleges and universities‘ which are because of Social？ family, school and personal factors. The effectiveness of Party Member ＇s Ideal and Faith Education can be improved by the combination of “organizational education” and “self - education”,and the combination of traditional methods and modern methods, and the combination of explicit education and recessive education, and the combination of pre -party education and post -party education.
