摘 要:目的:观察PBL结合Seminar教学法在呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选择呼吸内科参加住院医师规范化培训的96人,其中,30人采用传统教学法作为对照组,30人采用PBL教学法作为PBL教学组,36人采用PBL结合Seminar教学法。培训结束进行考试,包括基础理论、临床病例分析和临床技能操作考试,对3组的考试成绩进行分析比较。结果:基础理论考试成绩,PBL教学法平均成绩小于传统教学法和PBL结合Seminar教学法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床病例分析、临床技能操作考试、综合成绩,PBL教学法和PBL结合Seminar教学法成绩明显好于传统教学法,PBL结合Seminar教学法成绩最好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:PBL结合Seminar教学法在呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中优于传统教学法或单纯PBL教学法。Objective : Effect of PBL combined with Seminar teaching method in standardized training of respira- tory medicine residents. Methods:Selected the respiratory medicine of 96 people participated in the standardized training of residents, including 30 residents using traditional teaching method as the control group, 30 residents with PBL teaching method as PBL teaching group, 36 residents by PBL combined with Seminar teaching method, the end of training for examination, including basic theory, test clinical analysis and clinical skills examination, analysis andcomparison of 3 groups of test scores. Results : The basic theory test results PBL teaching method is less than the tra- ditional teaching method and PBL combined with Seminar teaching method, there are statistically significant differ- ences (P 〈 0. 05). Clinical case analysis and clinical skills examination, the comprehensive score of the teaching method of PBL and PBL combined with Seminar teaching method performed significantly better than the traditional teaching method, especially PBL combined with Seminar teaching method the best grade was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion :PBL combined with Seminar teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching meth- od and the pure PBL teaching method in the standardized training of respiratory physicians.
