摘　　要：文章以陕西教育人人通综合服务平台为例,从省级数字教育资源服务平台的定位和功能出发,构建了数字教育资源生成和推送模型,介绍了数字教育资源主动推送服务的三种基本方式,并详细分析了资源推送核心系统中四大关键子系统的工作机制。文章的研究,旨在形成一种具有普遍指导意义和可操作性的资源主动推送服务机制,以从根本上提升数字教育资源的配置效益,改善学校层面的信息化教学绩效和社会层面的泛在学习绩效,并进一步提升数字教育资源的应用水平。Taking the Shaanxi teachers ＆ students education info-service network as an example, this paper constructed the generation and push model of digital education resources based on the localization and function of the info-service platoform of digital education resources at provincial level. In addition, three basic modes for the active push service of digital education resources were introducted and the working mechanisms of four key subsystems in the push system were alalyzed. The objective of this paper was to form an active push service mechanism of education resources that had a universal guiding significance and maneuverability, so that the configuration efficiency of the digitial education resources could be fundamentally improved. Moreover, the informationization teaching performance at the school level and the ubiquitous learning performance at the social level could be improved, and the application level of digital education resources could be further raised.
