摘 要:卓越教师培养计划是变革教师教育模式,提升教师教育质量的重大工程,是我国创新人才培养战略的重要组成部分。卓越中学信息技术教师是中学信息技术学科领军人才。在教育信息化对教育教学产生"革命性"影响与考试招生制度改革的"双重"背景下,探索卓越中学信息技术教师的基本素养具有特别重要的现实意义。本文在对卓越中学信息技术教师内涵进行分析的基础上,从教师的职业道德、知识素养、能力素养以及心理素养四个层面对卓越中学信息技术教师的基本素养进行了尝试性探究,以期对卓越中学信息技术教师及其他学科卓越教师的培养具有一定的参考价值。Excellent teacher training plan is not only an important part of innovative talents cultivation strategies, but also a major project that aims to change the mode of teacher education and improve the quality of teacher education. Excellent information technology teachers are leaders of information technology in secondary school. With the "revolutionary" influence of education informationalization on teaching and education and the reform of students enrolling institution, it's meaningful to explore basic literacy of an outstanding information technology teacher in secondary school. In order to provide reference to the cultivation of excellent information teachers of secondary school and excellent teacher of other subjects, this paper made a tentative inquiry on the basic literacy of excellent information technology teacher of secondary school from the perspectives of professional ethics, knowledge literacy, competence literacy, psychological literacy of teachers on the basis of the analysis of the connotation of excellent information technology teacher.
