摘  要:本文比较AB-8、LX-1180、D101、DA201-C、DEAE-52、201×7六种树脂对模拟缫丝废水中丝胶蛋白的静态吸附和解析性能,筛选出适宜分离纯化丝胶蛋白的树脂,并通过静态和动态洗脱实验确定最佳工艺参数。结果表明:DEAE-52型离子交换树脂吸附解析效果最好,吸附量为1.573 mg/g,吸附率可达到95.07%。柱分离时,丝胶废液以5 BV/h流入分离柱;采用p H2的0.05 mol/L的氯化钠溶液以2 BV/h洗脱4 BV,收集1.7~3.0 BV洗脱流分,洗脱率98.76%,经吸附分离,丝胶蛋白浓缩倍数达到16.33,收集所得丝胶蛋白的回收率和纯度分别可达95.26%和96.71%。The sericin adsorption and desorption ability from simulation filature of six types of resins, AB-8, LX-1180, D101, DA201-C,DEAE-52 and 201 ×7 were compared and the best resin was selected.The optimal sericin separation parameters were determined by static and dynamic absorption experiment.The results showed that sericin adsorption capacity and recoverity of DEAE-52 ion exchange resin were much higher than other resins reached 1.573 mg/g and 95.07% ,respectively.During the column separation,filature wastewater flowed with 5 BV/h into column, and then was eluted with 4 BV of pH2,0.05 mol/L sodium chloride solution by 2 BV/h, then 1.7-3.0 BV elution fractious was collected, the desorption ratio was 98.76% .After column separation, the recoverd sericin concentrated 16.33 times of wastewater, and the total recovery rate and purity of collected sericin were 95.26% and 96.71% , respectively.
