民办高职护理院校的品牌创建和特色发展

摘　　要：上海思博职业技术学院卫生技术与护理学院经过14年的发展,在办学规模、教育质量、管理水平、科研水平、办学效益和人才培养质量等内涵建设方面取得了骄人成绩,连续3届毕业生毕业半年后工作匹配度(95.6%)、半年离职率(9.6%)、母校满意度(92.3%)等主要指标优于与全国高职、本科院校各专业均值。该文主要从建议有特色的人才培养模式;加强校企(医院)之间的紧密合作;引进海外师资人才,加强信息化和国际化要素;创新强化学院的社会服务功能,努力争取并积极开展各项课题和项目几个方面阐述了其发展建设的特点和历程。After 14 years of development,the Shanghai Sipo Polytechnic School of Health Science ＆ Nursing has made remarkable achievements in student＇s number,education quality and management level,the level of scientific research,the efficiency and the quality of faculty training and other aspects of school education. In consecutive three years,the work matching degree of graduates is 95.6%,job change rate in half a year is 9.6%,and graduates＇ satisfaction with the school is 92.3%. All the indices are better than the average level of other national higher vo- cational colleges. This paper summarized the characteristics and process of the school development from the following aspects：building up special training model for nurses,strengthening the cooperation between the school and hos- pital,introducing overseas teachers,emphasizing information and international system,strengthening the function of social services,and carrying out various scientific researches and projects.
