中职—高职—本科护理人才衔接培养体系的构建与实践

摘　　要：苏州卫生职业技术学院借力职业教育改革转型之势,积极探索,创建中职—高职—本科护理人才衔接培养体系并进行教学实践,具体包括:搭建护理专业中职-高职-本科人才培养管理平台,形成"三自主、四共同、五衔接"现代卫生职教体系运行机制,建立一体化"三联"质量监控体系,确立"合格+专长"的教学体系,建立以岗位胜任力为主线的实践教学体系,取得了较好的成效。With the help of vocational education reform,Suzhou Vocational Health College actively explored the training system for nurse during secondary vocational education-higher vocational education-undergraduate education. The constructed training system was then put into practice. Details were building the platform for nurses training during secondary vocational education-higher vocational education-undergraduate education,forming the operation system of ＂three independence,four unity,five connection＂,building up the integrated ＂triple＂ quality monitoring system,establishing ＂qualified and expertise＂ teaching system,and setting up practice teaching system with competency as the main focus. The system had satisfied effects on nurses training.
